You have a strong background in customer marketing, ideally with experience in driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives. You understand how to engage customers effectively and have a knack for creating compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
You are skilled in utilizing various marketing channels, including email marketing, webinars, and referral programs, to promote additional solutions and services. Your ability to analyze customer behavior and identify upsell opportunities sets you apart in this role.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with Customer Success teams to spot patterns and gaps in customer engagement. Your proactive approach to monitoring marketing performance allows you to pivot strategies to improve outcomes continuously.
What you'll do
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead customer marketing campaigns designed to promote Energage's expanded product offerings. Your mission is to educate the customer base on the value of the new solutions available through the HR technology platform.
You will identify, activate, and track upsell opportunities, ensuring that marketing efforts align with key lifecycle moments such as subscription renewals and survey closes. Your role will involve creating materials like email templates and talk tracks to equip Customer Success representatives in their outreach efforts.
You will monitor the performance of customer marketing initiatives and proactively adjust strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates. By leveraging the Energage blueprint, you will recommend talent tools and services based on survey data, helping customers maximize their use of the platform.
