Who you are

You have a strong background in customer marketing, ideally with experience in the startup ecosystem — you've successfully developed marketing strategies that resonate with early-stage companies and understand their unique challenges. Your ability to collaborate with technical leaders and founders allows you to create impactful content that showcases customer success stories.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders — whether it's working with engineering teams to highlight product features or crafting narratives that resonate with the startup community, you excel at storytelling. Your experience in community building helps you foster authentic relationships with customers, turning them into advocates for the Vercel platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution of content aimed at amplifying the success stories of innovative startup customers — your work will involve creating compelling case studies that highlight how Vercel accelerates product development and growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Developer Relations to ensure that the content you create resonates with the startup community and drives adoption among emerging companies.

You'll have the opportunity to shape how Vercel engages with one of its most dynamic customer segments — by working directly with founders and technical leaders, you'll showcase how startups are shipping faster and building differentiated products on Vercel. Your efforts will contribute to building a vibrant community around Vercel's platform, fostering engagement and advocacy among startup customers.
