Who you are
As an Operations Services Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting the Managed Services Operations team by promoting data integrity. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer inventory and recipe records, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Manager of Operations Data and contribute to the overall success of our customersβ operational data. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with data and has a strong understanding of operational processes.
You should have a foundational understanding of data management principles and be eager to learn about the Restaurant365 software platform. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. You are proactive and take initiative in identifying areas for improvement within operational processes. You are also adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges as they arise.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services Operations team.
