What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of outbound outreach, ensuring the integrity of data pipelines and optimizing dialing strategies. You will collaborate with the Senior Director to develop a roadmap for an upcoming application transition, driving the strategic evolution of the service center. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data trends, implementing best practices for data management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, contributing to the overall success of Vida Health's mission to enhance healthcare delivery. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals and objectives, ensuring that data operations support the broader organizational strategy.
