What you'll do

In this role, you will take the lead on maintaining the annual trade show schedule, ensuring that all logistics are in place for each event. You will manage budgets and vendor relationships, coordinating booth design and logistics in collaboration with the Director of Corporate Experience & Events. You will also oversee booth staffing, swag, and lead retrieval, analyzing event performance to inform future improvements. Additionally, you will support Nashville HQ-based events with administrative tasks, including financial reporting and material preparation. Your ability to create and maintain a proactive project management structure will be crucial in ensuring that all deadlines are met and that stakeholders are kept informed throughout the planning process.
