Revance is hiring a Quality Engineer for their Medical Device team to maintain quality systems and develop innovative solutions to quality-related problems. You'll ensure compliance with FDA regulations and quality control guidelines while working on projects in Johnson City, TN.

Who you are

You have a solid background in quality engineering, particularly within the medical device industry, and are familiar with quality systems and regulatory compliance. Your experience includes implementing cGMP and ISO 13485:2016 standards, ensuring that products meet stringent quality specifications. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to perform statistical analysis and root cause analysis effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for developing innovative solutions to complex quality-related challenges.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and regulatory departments. Your communication skills allow you to articulate quality issues and recommendations clearly, fostering a culture of quality within the organization. What you'll do

As a Quality Engineer at Revance, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality system and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and quality control guidelines. You will assess and lead the implementation of systems, processes, and equipment improvements to enhance compliance with cGMP and ISO standards. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control sampling systems and procedures, as well as performing statistical analysis of data to support quality initiatives.

You will assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your contributions will support the quality assurance team in various projects and operations, helping to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
