What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Ridgeline, you will be part of a specialized, highly collaborative team embedded within implementation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deploy tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will work closely with implementation teams to ensure that our software delivers exceptional value. You will tackle complex technical challenges and partner with various stakeholders to enable scalable outcomes. Your role will involve leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and improve the quality of solutions delivered.

You will also be responsible for shaping the implementation process and ensuring that the solutions you develop are aligned with client expectations. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our software delivery processes and help refine our approach to client engagement. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients and the evolution of our product offerings.
