You are familiar with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, which you use to continuously improve data platform design and operation. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with application and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance data solutions that support customer-facing workloads.

What you'll do

As a Senior Platform Engineer on the Data Persistence team, you will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of Ridgeline’s enterprise SaaS platform. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and optimizing data systems that power the platform. You will lead the evolution of the cloud-native, distributed data architecture, solving challenges around scale, performance, availability, and cost.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient and resilient data solutions. Your work will directly impact the developer experience, enabling product teams to move faster with confidence. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of ownership and transparency within the team.
