What you'll do
As a Staff Engineer on the Trading team at Ridgeline, you will provide hands-on technical leadership and design expertise to create and scale our Trade Order Management solution. You will guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex, high-performance applications, ensuring that they meet the needs of investment management firms. Your role will involve designing scalable systems that can handle high volumes of transactions while maintaining performance and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver an industry-defining platform. Your mentorship will help shape the technical skills of your team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
