What you'll do
As a Building Operator at Tanger Outlets Cookstown, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the site. This includes ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for tenants, customers, contractors, and employees. You will perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Your role will involve coordinating with the Manager of Operations to report on the condition of the facilities and any necessary repairs. You will also assist in managing vendor services and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
