You are physically capable of performing tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving products throughout your shift. You are also flexible with your schedule, ready to work during peak hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch, receiving and unpacking pallets of products, and managing inventory to ensure that everything is organized and accounted for. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and facility, adhering to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage. Additionally, you will communicate with customers regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock items, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for them. Your role will require you to handle various equipment safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the operations team.
