RioCan is hiring a Lease Administrator for a 12-month contract to manage leases and lease-related information in their portfolio. This role is based in Toronto and requires strong organizational skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in lease administration or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of lease agreements and property management. Your attention to detail ensures that all lease-related information is accurate and up-to-date, contributing to the overall efficiency of the lease administration process.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the Manager of Lease Administration and other team members to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to communicate effectively allows you to liaise with various stakeholders, including tenants and internal departments, to address any lease-related inquiries or issues.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all leases and lease-related information within your assigned portfolio. This includes maintaining accurate records, processing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also assist in the preparation of lease documentation and support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
You will play a key role in ensuring that all lease transactions are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of RioCan's operations. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
