You have extensive experience in security engineering, particularly in securing digital assets and implementing robust security measures. Your background includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security postures and manage risk assessments effectively. You are skilled in developing and documenting processes that ensure the safe handling and storage of digital assets, and you have a strong understanding of security best practices. You are a proactive communicator, capable of conveying complex security concepts to various stakeholders and fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
Desirable
Experience with crypto solutions or financial institutions is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks will enhance your candidacy. You are also encouraged to bring innovative ideas to improve security processes and practices.
What you'll do
As a Staff Security Engineer at Ripple, you will be responsible for securing digital assets by developing, implementing, and managing processes that ensure their safety.
