You have extensive experience in transaction services, particularly in M&A, and understand the complexities involved in financial data and operational issues. Your analytical skills allow you to identify risks and opportunities unique to each transaction, enabling executives to make informed decisions. You are adept at providing thorough plans and impactful execution before and after deals close, ensuring maximum long-term value for clients.
You possess strong leadership qualities, guiding teams through the transaction lifecycle and fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is crucial, as you work to build trust and ensure alignment on objectives. What you'll do
As the Director of Transaction Services at Riveron, you will lead a team that provides comprehensive M&A capabilities, including Buy-side Due Diligence, Sell-Side Due Diligence, Operational Due Diligence, and more. You will oversee the execution of transaction services, ensuring that your team delivers insightful analysis and thorough plans that meet client needs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, allowing you to tailor solutions that maximize value.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
