What you'll do
As a Transaction Services Manager at Riveron, you will lead a team in providing due diligence services, including buy-side and sell-side analysis, operational due diligence, and transaction tax services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored strategies that enhance their transaction outcomes. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of due diligence processes, ensuring that all analyses are thorough and insightful.
