You possess excellent organizational skills and are detail-oriented, ensuring that all aspects of buyer and seller transactions are managed efficiently from initial contact through to closing. You are comfortable using technology and have experience managing CRM systems to optimize operational activities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, managing everything from pre-listing materials to obtaining essential signatures on listing agreements and disclosures. You will input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted to the office broker in a timely manner.

You will coordinate with third parties, including title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes, to facilitate smooth transactions. Additionally, you will assist in negotiations regarding repairs and coordinate inspections, ensuring that all parties are informed and satisfied throughout the process.
