You have extensive experience in valuation services, particularly in complex securities, and a strong background in financial advisory. As a Director, you are adept at managing consulting engagements and leading teams to deliver high-quality valuation analyses. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to oversee multiple engagements effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial concepts clearly to clients and team members alike. Your ability to mentor and guide junior staff is a key strength, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead consulting engagements within Riveron's Valuation practice, focusing on complex securities. You will be responsible for developing project plans, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. Your role will involve reviewing staff work, providing status updates to clients and internal management, and mentoring junior consultants to enhance their skills and performance.
You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic business initiatives and financial reporting needs, guiding them through processes such as carve-outs, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing detailed valuation analyses and financial models that meet a range of reporting requirements. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement within the Valuation practice, contributing to the overall success of the firm.
