You have experience in commercial negotiations and transaction management, particularly in the context of data center capacity deals. Your ability to manage relationships with developers, brokers, and power contacts is key to identifying opportunities in this space. You are adept at leading RFP processes and have a strong understanding of the complexities involved in securing infrastructure for AI systems.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between commercial negotiations and internal coordination across various teams, including legal, finance, engineering, and network teams. Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, ensuring seamless alignment from initial sourcing through lease execution.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial sourcing and transaction execution process for data center capacity deals. You will lead the RFP and commercial sourcing process, managing outreach to developers, evaluating proposals, and overseeing competitive selection processes. Your negotiation skills will be critical as you negotiate term sheets and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the process.

You will help identify data center capacity opportunities by leveraging your network relationships and managing interactions with various contacts in the industry. Your role is essential in securing the infrastructure that powers Anthropic's frontier AI systems, making your contributions vital to the company's mission of creating reliable and beneficial AI.
