You are comfortable collaborating with senior team members and guiding them through project development and execution.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to provide status updates to clients and internal management clearly and effectively. Your ability to review staff work for quality ensures that all deliverables meet high standards. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy coaching and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers.
What you'll do
As the Associate Director for Riveronβs IT Risk Advisory group, you will lead consulting engagements focused on IT risk management. You will be responsible for project plan development, ensuring that all activities align with client expectations and project timelines. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, developing policies and procedures, and implementing internal controls to address compliance risks. You will also oversee the execution of managed internal controls testing and monitoring, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.
You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their governance and compliance frameworks. Your expertise will guide organizations through SOX readiness and internal audit processes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within your team.
