Your experience includes working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to address compliance risks. You are skilled in governance, risk, and compliance practices, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can mentor and develop your team.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build long-term client relationships and effectively convey complex information to stakeholders. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify opportunities for business development and drive the growth of the practice. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a dynamic environment and are adept at managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
What you'll do
As the IT Risk Director at Riveron, you will serve as a senior client leader and strategic advisor, guiding organizations through their IT risk management processes. You will lead and mentor teams to deliver exceptional IT risk advisory services, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards. Your role will involve collaborating with Managing Directors to expand the practice and drive business development initiatives.
You will oversee various risk advisory services, including SOX readiness, internal controls testing, and IT and cybersecurity risk assessments. Your hands-on approach will help you understand the specific needs of each organization, allowing you to create tailored solutions that address key compliance risks. You will also cultivate thought leadership within the practice, sharing insights and best practices with your team and clients.
