Who you are
You are an experienced Lead-to-Cash Technofunctional Architect with a strong background in both functional and technical aspects of business processes. You have a proven track record of delivering complex programs and are outcome-focused, ensuring that projects meet their objectives effectively. Your leadership skills shine as you guide teams through the intricacies of the Lead-to-Cash value stream, fostering collaboration and innovation.
You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce and its applications within the Lead-to-Cash framework. Your technical acumen allows you to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You thrive in environments where you can influence outcomes and drive strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the functional and technical delivery of Lead-to-Cash programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. You will lead discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans, ensuring that all aspects of the project are covered from inception to completion. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this position.
