Who you are
You have a strong background in pharmacy operations and quality control, with experience in overseeing quality assurance processes in a compounding pharmacy setting. You understand the importance of compliance and documentation, ensuring that all activities align with facility SOPs. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are a subject matter expert in quality control activities and are comfortable collaborating with pharmacy operations to maintain high standards. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively partner with various teams to ensure quality oversight.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for quality oversight activities at Ro's 503a compounding pharmacy. You will conduct record reviews, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing raw material receipt and testing, product retains, product sampling and testing, and lot release. You will also be involved in environmental monitoring to ensure that the pharmacy maintains a safe and compliant environment. You will work closely with pharmacy operations to address any quality issues that arise and implement corrective actions as necessary. Your expertise will help guide the pharmacy team in maintaining a high level of quality and compliance in all processes.
