Who you are
You have a strong background in workplace safety and compliance, with experience in developing and managing safety programs across multiple locations. Your expertise in OSHA regulations and safety standards enables you to effectively advise and implement safety measures that protect employees and ensure a safe working environment. You are a proactive communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams, including Pharmacy & Operations Leadership, Compliance, and Quality Assurance, to identify risks and prevent incidents. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement in workplace safety performance.
What you'll do
As a Safety Associate at Ro, you will lead the development and execution of workplace safety programs across all pharmacy locations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Ro's internal safety standards. This includes coordinating annual training sessions, managing injury reporting processes, and facilitating safety committees. You will work closely with various teams to identify potential risks and implement effective safety measures. Your role will also involve developing policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety within the organization. You will collaborate with the safety committee to continuously improve Ro's health and safety strategy, ensuring that all employees are aware of safety protocols and emergency preparedness measures.
