What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at Ro, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of patient-facing experiences that cater to hundreds of thousands of existing patients while onboarding thousands more daily. You will collaborate directly with engineering, product, design, and data leads to enhance web and mobile experiences that support complex treatment programs. Your role will involve driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring that the engineering team adheres to best practices and maintains high standards of service and architecture quality.

You will mentor and guide talented engineers and managers, helping them grow in their roles while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
