You understand the importance of collaboration, working closely with Marketing, Legal, Content, and Compliance teams to ensure that all public-facing communications align with internal guidelines and regulatory standards. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams helps foster a culture of compliance and ethical practices within the organization.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Communications Compliance, you will lead a team responsible for reviewing, auditing, and approving a wide range of public-facing retail communications. You will provide strategic direction for enhancing workflows and review tools, ensuring compliance with SEC rules, FTC rules, FINRA, CFTC, FCA regulations, and other applicable regulatory agency requirements. Your leadership will shape how Robinhood meets regulatory standards, driving the team to maintain the highest levels of brand integrity.

You will be at the forefront of ensuring that Robinhood's communications reflect its mission to democratize finance for all, while also adhering to strict regulatory guidelines. Your role will involve continuous improvement of compliance processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to streamline operations. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical communication throughout the organization.
