What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Derivatives team, you will lead a group of backend engineers responsible for building and maintaining Robinhood's core derivatives trading platform. You will set the technical direction for services that require high performance, including order matching and risk systems. Your role will involve driving project execution to ensure that systems meet stringent SLAs around low latency, data integrity, and uptime. You will also be responsible for talent development, helping your team grow their skills and advance their careers.
