What you'll do

As a Banking Product Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling Robinhood's compliance program for banking products. This includes developing and executing compliance strategies across deposit and related money services. You will serve as a key point of contact with bank partners and regulators, ensuring that all products meet compliance standards. Your role will involve embedding compliance-by-design principles throughout the product lifecycle, enabling responsible product growth while maintaining a focus on customer safety and reliability.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, legal, and operations teams to deliver compliant financial solutions. Your insights will help shape the compliance framework that supports Robinhood's expanding suite of banking products. You will also be tasked with monitoring compliance performance and implementing improvements as necessary to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.
