Who you are
You have extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) — you've successfully defined and executed GRC strategies that align with business objectives and market expansion goals. Your background includes managing compliance roadmaps and prioritizing certifications based on customer needs and revenue impact. You are comfortable serving as an executive sponsor for compliance programs, providing visibility and reporting to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
You possess a deep understanding of various compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA — you know how to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure that your organization meets all necessary compliance requirements. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are adept at leading teams across different locations — you understand the importance of fostering a culture of compliance and integrity within your organization. Your strategic mindset allows you to build business cases that support compliance initiatives and drive real business results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute Tines' multi-year GRC strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market expansion goals. You will own the compliance roadmap, prioritizing certifications and frameworks based on customer needs and revenue impact. As the executive sponsor for all compliance programs, you will provide visibility and reporting to the C-suite and Board of Directors, ensuring that they are informed of compliance status and initiatives.
You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to integrate compliance into the company's workflows and processes — your role will involve working closely with security, IT, engineering, and finance teams to ensure that compliance is a shared responsibility. You will also be responsible for building business cases that demonstrate the value of compliance initiatives and their impact on the organization's success.
