What you'll do
As a Staff Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of the newly formed Robinhood Command Center, focusing on incident leadership and operational excellence. You will work closely with various teams to detect, coordinate, and mitigate production incidents, ensuring minimal customer impact and reduced incident duration. Your role will involve defining processes and tools that enable fast and effective incident response, contributing to the overall reliability initiative at Robinhood.
You will lead incident response efforts, coordinating with product engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure swift resolution of issues. Your expertise will help shape the reliability practices at Robinhood, allowing the company to learn from incidents and continuously improve its systems.
