What you'll do
As a Staff Systems Developer at Robinhood, you will act as the technical owner for core Compliance and Legal applications. You will serve as the primary contact for M&A-related integrations, migrations, and system readiness, ensuring that all systems are prepared for compliance and operational needs. You will design, implement, and operate scalable systems and workflows that support regulatory compliance, audit defensibility, and legal operations. Your role will involve applying strong engineering judgment to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Compliance and Legal teams.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your leadership will empower the team to leverage technology effectively, ensuring that all systems are robust and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
