Who you are
You are an early-career data scientist with a PhD, eager to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges. You have a strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling, and you are proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL. Your analytical mindset allows you to derive insights from complex datasets, and you are passionate about using data to influence product decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation at Roblox.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a keen interest in user behavior analytics. A background in game design or social platforms would be beneficial, but not required.
What you'll do
