What you'll do

As a Data Scientist - PhD Intern at Roblox, you will work closely with the Data Science & Analytics team to enhance our data-influenced approach to product development. You will analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform product decisions and strategy. Your work will involve building statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict user behavior and optimize our platform's performance.

You will collaborate with product teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that shape the product roadmap. This role will require you to conduct experiments and analyze the results to measure the impact of new features on user engagement and satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to present your findings to stakeholders, helping to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
