You have a strong understanding of community engagement and are skilled at building relationships with developers. You are adaptable and can manage various programs from concept to completion, ensuring that goals are met and outcomes are measured effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate Roblox's vision and moderation guidelines clearly to potential partners. You are comfortable working both online and offline, planning events that inspire and connect developers across regions. Your organizational skills enable you to track milestones and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Roblox's moderation rules and guidelines, which will help you engage effectively with the developer community. You will identify and reach out to potential partners, building a strong pipeline of collaborations that enhance the local creator ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing community events and workshops that inspire developers and foster connections.

You will manage programs from their initial concept through to successful completion, setting clear goals and tracking progress to ensure that outcomes align with Roblox's mission. Additionally, you will support translation and localization efforts to ensure that communications and resources are accessible to all developers in your region.
