You have a strong understanding of community engagement and are skilled at building relationships with developers. Your passion for immersive digital experiences drives you to connect with creators and inspire them to explore the possibilities within the Roblox platform. You are adaptable and can manage programs from concept to completion, ensuring that goals are met and outcomes are measured effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate Roblox's vision and moderation guidelines clearly to potential partners. You are comfortable working both online and offline, planning events that resonate with the developer community. Your ability to engage with diverse groups and facilitate collaboration will be key to your success in this role. You are also open to learning and growing within the Developer Relations team, contributing to the overall mission of Roblox.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Roblox's moderation rules and guidelines, which will enable you to effectively communicate with the developer community. You will identify and engage with potential partners, building a strong pipeline of relationships that support the growth of the local creator community. Planning and executing online and offline community events will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you aim to inspire and connect developers across the region.

You will manage programs from initial concept through successful completion, setting clear goals and tracking milestones to measure outcomes. Supporting translation and localization efforts will also be part of your duties, ensuring that communications and resources are accessible to all developers in your region. Your role will be pivotal in helping Roblox connect with a billion people, fostering a sense of optimism and civility in shared experiences.
