Roblox is hiring a Developer Engagement Representative to grow the local creator community in Vietnam. You'll engage with developers, plan community events, and support partnerships. This role requires fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Job Description
Who you are
You are fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with a strong understanding of the Roblox platform and its community. You are physically located in Vietnam and have a passion for engaging with developers and creators in your region. You possess excellent communication skills and are eager to foster relationships within the developer community.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop an understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines to effectively communicate with the developer community. You will identify and engage with potential partners, building and maintaining a strong partnership pipeline that supports the growth of the local creator community. You will plan and execute both online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives that inspire and connect developers across regions. Additionally, you will manage programs from initial concept through successful completion, setting clear goals, tracking milestones, and measuring outcomes to ensure success.
