What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Networking Infrastructure at Roblox, you will lead the Gateway team, responsible for the critical infrastructure that manages all traffic entering Roblox. You will drive the design and implementation of major initiatives aimed at enhancing traffic management capabilities. Your leadership will be instrumental in consolidating the ingress stack and platformizing the gateway, enabling extensibility for developer teams.

You will own the reliability of Tier-0 systems, ensuring that they meet the high standards required for a platform of Roblox's scale. Mentoring engineers and team leads will be a key part of your role, as you help them develop their skills and navigate the challenges of on-call responsibilities. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with the overall vision of Roblox, which is to connect a billion people with optimism and civility.
