Your experience spans at least 7 years in design leadership roles, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

You possess exceptional skills in design tools, particularly Figma, and have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and inspire others to achieve a shared vision.

You are adept at navigating complex design challenges and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the user experience is thoughtfully considered. Your ability to balance creative intent with technical feasibility allows you to bridge gaps and drive systemic design improvements.

You are passionate about creating safer and more civil shared experiences in digital environments, and you understand the importance of community-driven design. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

As the Product Design Director for the Creator Ecosystem at Roblox, you will lead the design vision and strategy for our platform, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs of our global community of developers and creators. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Creator Experiences and the Chief Creator Experience Officer to tackle complex design challenges that impact the entire ecosystem.

Your role will involve driving cross-group influence across various teams, including Studio, Creator Success, Game Solutions, and Content Platforms. You will identify where creative intent meets technical limits and work to bridge those gaps through innovative design solutions.

You will mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Your leadership will empower your team to explore new ideas and push the boundaries of what is possible within our platform.

You will also be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. By understanding the needs and pain points of our users, you will create experiences that are not only functional but also delightful.
