What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer on the Design Systems team at Roblox, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Foundation UI, which serves as the backbone for all product experiences on the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit existing experiences and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the design system meets the needs of various product teams. Your work will involve creating and maintaining design documentation, guidelines, and resources that empower teams to leverage the design system effectively. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and helping to elevate the overall quality of design across the organization.

You will be responsible for integrating the design system into new features from discovery through launch, ensuring that all products built on the platform adhere to the established design principles and standards.
