You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in content moderation or safety-related fields. Your experience includes leading teams and refining workflows to ensure effective moderation of user-generated content. You are adept at integrating with product and engineering teams to improve safety tooling and team effectiveness.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with policy partners and moderation teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to systematically identify and address emerging abuses within the platform, ensuring a safe environment for users.
What you'll do
As the Manager for Proactive Moderation Operations, you will lead the strategic vision for moderation efforts at Roblox. You will manage and refine workflows for content safety moderation response teams, ensuring timely and effective moderation of user-generated content. Your role involves collaborating with safety product and engineering partners to enhance moderation tools and team effectiveness.
You will work closely with the moderation team to understand bugs, feature limitations, and feature requests, driving improvements in overall operations. Your leadership will be crucial in de-risking Roblox and maintaining a safe and civil community for millions of users.
