What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of Market Managers, guiding them in their efforts to grow Airbnb’s Homes supply across India. You will develop and implement strategies that expand partnerships with hosts, ensuring a diverse and high-quality portfolio of listings. Your collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Global Markets, Policy, Legal, and Communications, will be crucial in delivering exceptional value to both guests and hosts. You will analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, adjusting your strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and resources necessary to succeed in their roles. Regularly communicating with stakeholders and providing updates on progress will be key to maintaining alignment and support for your initiatives.
