What you'll do

In this role, you will apply your expertise in industrial-organizational psychology to strengthen the systems and processes that shape how Roblox hires. You will conduct job analyses to identify the competencies required for various roles, ensuring that assessments are aligned with organizational goals. Your work will involve developing and implementing hiring assessments that are both effective and fair, contributing to a more efficient recruitment process.

You will collaborate with the People Science & Analytics team to deliver insights that inform talent acquisition strategies. This includes executing workforce research to understand trends and challenges in hiring, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs. Your contributions will help shape the future of human interaction at Roblox, as you work to create safer and more civil shared experiences for everyone.

You will also engage with various stakeholders across the organization, providing guidance on best practices in hiring and talent management. Your ability to analyze data and present findings will be crucial in influencing decisions that impact the entire talent lifecycle. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the People, Places, and Systems organization.
