You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring innovative ideas to life. You are passionate about user experience and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of your designs enhances usability and engagement.
Desirable
Experience in designing for mobile applications is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven tools and robotics. What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Skydio, you will lead the design process for core functionalities of Skydio Cloud and Android-based Ground Control Stations. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces for features such as Fleet Management, Inspection & Mapping, and Data Visualization. Your role involves going on-site with customers to gather insights and understand their use cases, which will inform your design decisions. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop AI-based tools that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will lead other designers in building out the Skydio Design Language, ensuring consistency across all cloud and mobile experiences. Your work will directly impact how users interact with autonomous flying systems, making their tasks safer and more efficient.
