What you'll do
As a Technical Developer Connections Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Roblox's creator ecosystem. You will act as a trusted technical partner to high-impact creators across various genres, including RPG, FPS, and Sports. Your responsibilities will include supporting priority escalations and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams during platform incidents. You will also design internal tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency and support quality.
