You have a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail, with experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Your analytical skills enable you to support end users effectively, driving adoption and ensuring strong data governance. You possess a solid understanding of Salesforce.com technologies and best practices, which you leverage to deliver positive business outcomes. You are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders, particularly in the Ad Sales domain, to identify process improvements and enhance user experiences. Your technical skills complement your functional expertise, allowing you to navigate the Salesforce ecosystem with ease. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Desirable

Experience with data governance and process improvement initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with the Ad Sales environment will help you understand the unique challenges faced by stakeholders in this area. A background in analytics or business intelligence tools can further enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end users of the Salesforce platform, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed. You will drive user adoption by providing training and resources, helping to create a culture of effective Salesforce usage within the organization.
