What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive detailed requirements gathering — your focus will be on Salesforce Customer Experience portal implementation and Service Cloud functionality. You will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are met and functional specifications are clear. Your responsibilities will include leading discussions, refining user stories, and supporting the successful execution of agile development processes. You will also be involved in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements and deliver value to users.
