You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, with a minimum expectation of being in the Barcelona office two days a week. This flexibility allows you to balance in-person collaboration with remote work, ensuring you can engage with your team effectively while also enjoying the benefits of a flexible work environment. You are based in Barcelona or are willing to relocate, as this role requires a local presence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Rover’s product teams to ensure that data-driven decisions are made at every stage of the product lifecycle. You will analyze product performance metrics and provide insights that guide product development and strategy. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough analyses, creating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform product direction. You will also collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the product offerings.

You will play a key role in shaping the product analytics strategy, ensuring that the right metrics are tracked and reported. Your insights will help the team understand user behavior and product performance, ultimately driving better outcomes for the business. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product analytics, continuously seeking ways to enhance the analytical capabilities of the team.
