Who you are
You have a proven track record in lifecycle marketing and strategy, with at least 7+ years of experience in a leadership role. You understand the nuances of customer journeys and have successfully driven measurable business results through effective lifecycle communication strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize customer engagement.
You possess strong leadership skills and have experience managing cross-functional teams. You are adept at fostering collaboration between marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on lifecycle initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Global Lifecycle Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. You will lead a team focused on lifecycle-led growth, ensuring that our communication investments resonate with both supply and demand sides of our marketplace.
