You have substantial transactional experience with utility service and interconnection agreements, as well as other energy-related agreements for large-scale, energy-intensive projects. Your deep knowledge of utility tariffs, policies, and regulatory structures sets you apart in this field. You understand the complexities of supply agreements, power purchase agreements, and tolling agreements, and you are well-versed in the development and operation of generation and storage facilities. Your experience in the energy sector has equipped you with the skills to navigate critical projects that align with sustainability objectives.

Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams and utility partners, is essential for energizing critical projects. What you'll do

In your role as Senior Energy & Water Counsel, you will play an integral part in supporting Rowan's rapidly growing portfolio of data center projects. You will work closely with the Rowan business and leading utility and energy partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet sustainability objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating and drafting utility service agreements and interconnection agreements that facilitate the efficient operation of data centers.

You will also be responsible for advising on regulatory compliance and navigating the complexities of energy-related agreements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance the sustainability and efficiency of energy use in data centers. You will help drive initiatives that align with Rowan's commitment to building a more sustainable future.
