What you'll do

As a Design Manager - Mechanical Engineer at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, you will play a critical role in supporting the mechanical engineering aspects of our data center projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our hyperscale customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design process, ensuring that all mechanical systems are optimized for performance and sustainability. You will also provide field-level support during construction, addressing any challenges that arise and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from initial site assessments to facility operations, ensuring that all engineering aspects align with Rowan's strategic goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in driving project success and fostering strong relationships with clients and team members alike. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles.
