You possess a deep understanding of all facets of the building process, from initial planning through to project completion and turnover. Your exceptional project management skills allow you to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You thrive in high-stakes environments and are adept at navigating challenges that arise during construction.

Desirable

Experience with data center construction or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus. Familiarity with sustainability practices in construction can set you apart as a candidate. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and have a track record of successful project delivery in fast-paced settings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be directly responsible for the oversight of the General Contractor and serve as a key internal interface between the Engineering, Project Management, and Construction Teams. You will lead the construction teams and activities at a hyperscale data center campus, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align project goals and expectations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of large-scale construction projects.
